The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2024 in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that one Lavanya has preferred a complaint against the petitioner and the same came to be registered in CSR.No.395 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
