RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition as I shall deposit 20% of cheque amount that is a sum of Rs.2,40,000/- instead of to deposit 50% of cheque amount a sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition as the petitioner shall deposit 20% of cheque amount that is a sum of Rs.2,40,000/- instead of deposit 50% of cheque amount a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 22.10.2019, suspended the sentence, by imposing conditions and one of the condition is that the petitioner should deposit 50% of cheque amount that is a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Only) within a period of six weeks is onerous. Hence, he filed this modification petition. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has raised objection to modify the condition.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

CRL MP(MD) No.10933 of 2019 5.This Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit 25% of the cheque amount that is a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, to the credit of C.C.No.169 of 2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In respect of other conditions, shall remain unaltered.
6.This Court permitted the respondent to withdraw the above said amount deposited by the petitioner.
