ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 27.11.2013 passed in REF:MDUC HRM 4618 42876 2013 by the first respondent and to provide the petitioner with a suitable job on compassionate ground.
2.The petitioner's claim for appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected through the impugned order dated 27.11.2013 for the reason that the scheme for appointment on compassionate ground has been withdrawn as per the Government Guidelines and that the provision for payment of Lump sum Exgratia is available for such aggrieved claims. 3.In the instant case, the petitioner herein along with her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.25874 of 2019 mother had already received the Lump sum Ex-gratia on 29.03.2014 from the respondent bank. When there is no scheme for appointment on compassionate ground in the respondent bank, this Court may not be justified in entertaining the prayer sought for by the petitioner seeking for a job on compassionate ground. By also taking into account that the Lump sum Ex-gratia has been received by the legal heirs of the deceased employee, in lieu of the scheme for compassionate appointment, which has already been withdrawn, I am unable to interfere with the impugned order of rejection. 4.The Writ Petition stands closed accordingly.
