PRAYER :- For bail in Crime No.14 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 06.11.2019 for the offences punishable under sections 417, 420, 376 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.14 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3. The petitioner was given interim bail primarily on the ground that D.N.A.Test report had not yet been received. Now the D.N.A.Test report has been received and it appears to be in favour of the petitioner.

4. Hence, the interim bail earlier granted on 04.12.2019 is made absolute.
