PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the dispute between the petitioner and the 4th Respondent and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the dispute between the petitioner and the 4th Respondent and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by him, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, a promise has been given by the private respondent that he will not try to evict the petitioner unlawfully from the construction premises.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is no counter complaint. Only on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner 2/5

making allegations against the private respondent over the contract issue, the above said enquiry is pending. He would further submit that the above said enquiry is forwarded to the third respondent herein. 4.The petition enquiry is pending and that too over the complaint given by the petitioner. If the Petitioner wants to withdraw the above said complaint and he can very well withdraw the above said complaint. I find absolutely, no reason to entertain this petition.
