This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 878 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that since he was suffering from serious illness, he was unable to file an appeal in time. He has not filed any medical certificate to establish his illness. 4.Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is not satisfied with the Court, this Court, in the interest of justice, is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner is not entitled for interest in the default period and the delay is condoned.
