PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.76 of 2020 dated 18.04.2020 on the file of the first respondent police registered for the offences under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment of Act in so far as the petitioners. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready and the same will be filed before the concerned Court within a short period.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
