Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABAKARAN.L, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17042 of 2022, dated 22.09.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition insofar as the first petitioner is concerned and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn insofar as the first petitioner is concerned. 4.Heard both sides.
