ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the second respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.24 of 2022. Even after conducting proper investigation, the second respondent could not get any clue. The investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the said submissions, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.24 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of six 2/4

months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
