Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMALINGAM A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing sureties in the order dated 28.04.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7435 of 2018.

2.It is seen that the order has been granted to the petitioner on 28.04.2018 with a direction to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days or else the order states that the petition will stand dismissed and that the present petition has been filed beyond the period, with delay after four years. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
