This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No. 490 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Theni, Theni District. 1/4

2.The facts in brief:

The marriage between the parties was solemnized on 20.02.2022. Thereafter, the respondent ill-treated the petitioner demanding more dowry and she was forced to left the matrimonial home. After that the respondent filed H.M.O.P.NO.490 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. Since the petitioner is unable to attend every hearing at Family Court, Madurai, she seeks transfer of the same to the file of the Family Court, Theni.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent has no objection to transfer the case. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the H.M.O.P.No.490 of 2022 filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Theni.

6.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.02.2024 NCC :
