The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the 5th respondent's complaint.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18227 of 2019 Current Paper No.77/ACP/TPK/MC/19, by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Thirupparankundram Circle, Madurai and during the enquiry, both the parties have agreed to approach the appropriate Civil Court in respect of their disputes. Based on which, the enquiry has been closed. He would further submit the the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
