ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2024 by releasing amount of Rs.50,00,000/- for the period of 30 years (1970 to 1999) by calculating a 75 paise for Tirumanjanam Services and 1 rupee for Sirama Dhatchanai from the Abishegam Tickets, in the light of the judgment and decree passed by this Court in A.S.(MD).No. 2 of 2012 dated 16.08.2022.

2. Even though the petitioner had sought for a positive direction by considering his representation dated 15.04.2024, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
