ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of 1/3

NDPS Act and Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.676 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of 3.100 kgs of Ganja. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner that A1 to A3 were arrested with contraband of 3.100kgs of Ganja and A4 and this petitioner are said to have run away from the scene of occurrence, I am considering the fact that A4 has been subsequently arrested, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
