This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail order in Crl.M.P.No.2325 of 2022 dated 08.08.2022 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, on the ground that even after granting anticipatory bail to the accused persons, they disturbed the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21023 of 2022 2.On perusal of records shows that the respondents 2 and 3 were duly complied with the conditions imposed by the Court below. That apart, the first respondent police completed the investigation and filed charge sheet, which was taken on file in C.C.No.638 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanthapuram. 3.In view of the above, this Court finds no grounds to cancel the order of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3 in Crl.M.P.No.2325 of 2022 dated 08.08.2022 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram.
