This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to disburse a sum of Rs.1,70,245/- admitted 5% Earnest Money Deposit amount payable to the Petitioner as per the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1677/2018/Aa4, dated 13.09.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side reported that the amount sought for in the Writ Petition is paid by way five cheques, out of which, four cheques drawn on Karur Vysya Bank, Vedasandur Branch (1) for Rs.24,974/- in Cheque No.219, dated 6.1.2020 (2) for Rs.35,410/- in Cheque No.370, dated 6.1.2020 (3) for Rs.69,554/- in Cheque No.459, dated 6.1.2020 (4) for Rs.22,507/- in Cheque No.206, dated 6.1.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)NO.25837 of 2019 and fifth one for Rs.17,800/- in Cheque No.134951, dated 6.1.2020, drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, Vedasandur Branch, totalling to a sum of Rs.170245/-. In view of the above payment, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition is fully satisfied.

4.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
