PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned sale notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 09.11.2022 and the sale is scheduled to be held on 12.12.2022 in connection with the petitioner's property No.2 in the sale notice comprised in S.F.No.134/3 measuring Ac.0.08 cents out of this site measuring east west 35 feet, north south 54 feet totalling 1890 sq.ft of the together with the terraced house bearing New Door No.9, Old Door No.31A and 31B, First Street, Gandhi Nagar, Thiruverumbur, Trichy District and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and consequently, directing the respondents to receive the amount and release the petitioner's document pertaining to S.F.No.134/3 situated at Gandhi Nagar, Thriuverumbur, Trichy District.
