RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition no.(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) no. 17063 of 2023 dt. 25.09.2023 on the file of this Honble court in Crime No. 91 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANTO PRINCE G, Advocate for the petitioner and of R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.6(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17063 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023. 1/3

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in another case the learned Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli while granting bail to the petitioner has directed the petitioner to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Puliyarai Police Station, Tenkasi District daily at 10.00 am., until further orders. In this case the petitioner has to appear before the Nathampatti Police Station, Virudhunagar District daily at 10.30am., until further orders, hence he is unable to comply with both the conditions. Therefore he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the conditions imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the Nathampatti Police Station, Virudhunagar District daily at 10.30am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further order.
