Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 25.07.2021 as acknowledged by the 2nd respondent through proceedings dated 08.11.2021 in Na.Ka.No.60/2021/A6 and the 3rd respondent dated 08.01.2022 in Na.Ka.No.3/2021/A1 in accordance with law for restoration of patta in the name of the petitioner pertaining to the properties comprised in Plot No.13 and 14 in Doc.No.456/99 and 744/99 of Sivagiripatti village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, within a time limit as fixed by this court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's complaint and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested parties shall be put on notice. 2/4

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
