ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner had supplied pharmaceutical items to the second respondent. The petitioner claims that he paid a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- towards GST alone. His bill is yet to be settled. That led to the filing of this writ petition.

3.When the second respondent has issued tender and the petitioner was found to be successful tenderer and the tender obligations were also complied with, there is absolutely no justification in delaying the bill payment. The second respondent is directed to settle the petitioner's bill amount within a period of four weeks from today. 2/4
