Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No. 15818/Aa3/2023 dated 30.01.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to approve the Form VII dated 04.10.2023 submitted by the petitioner in respect of society bearing Registration No. 44 of 1967.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A.V.Arun, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Govindarajan for Mr.R.Murali for Respondent No.1, Mr.K.Balasubramani, Special Government Pleader for Respondent No.2 , Mr.Pethu Rajesh for Respondent No.3, Mr.P.Madhan Alexander for Respondent No.4, Mr.Albert James, Government Advocate (crl. Side) for Respondent No.5, Mr.T.Aravind for Respondent No.6, Ms.Jasima Yasmin for M/s.Ajmal Associates for Respondent No.7, this Court made 2/4
the following order:
"This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking leave to file a petition for recalling the order dated 20.06.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.9453 of 2024. This petition has been filed by one S.Ravi @ Raghavan.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the order of this Court has been put to challenge before the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.(MD) No.2386 of 2024 and W.A.(MD)No.244 of 2025. It is also stated that originally interim order was granted and subsequently, was vacated. I am satisfied that the Hon'ble Division Bench is effectively seized of the subject manner. Therefore, it may not proper for me to entertain this miscellaneous petition at this stage. The petitioner can very well get himself impleaded in the pending writ appeals and canvass his case before the Hon'ble Division Bench. 3.With the aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is closed."
