This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation dated 23.11.2019. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has conducted an enquiry. During the enquiry, it has been transpired that the petitioner had received money from several persons and when they have demanded, she has left her house. He would further submit that if the petitioner appears in person for enquiry, she will be given appropriate police protection. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
