RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl O.P (MD) No. 4558 of 2023 dt. 10.03.2023 by directing the petitioner to report before the trial court as and when required, instead of the petitioner report before the trial court daily at 10.30 A.M for a period of two weeks.

upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition no.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4558 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when directed by the trial Court.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
