JUDGMENT

Challenging the award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in M.C.O.P.No.696 of 2014, dated 11.01.2017, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub-Judge (MACT), Madurai.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the entire amount has already been deposited and the same has already been withdrawn by the claimants. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
