ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 29.10.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in D.No.253/2025 dated 16.06.2025 seeking further extension of three Months time to dispose the case in O.S.No.125 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai,this Court made the following order:- By order dated 29.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.125 of 2022 within a period of three months from the next hearing date.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.253/2025, dated 16.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 29.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to 2/4
