Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. 2.The revision petitioner is the first plaintiff in O.S.No.78 of 2024 on the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam. It is stated that the defendant was set exparte dated 17.10.2024. The petitioner's grievance is that the suit has been adjourned to 10.02.2025 for taking exparte evidence. When the defendant has been set exparte, there is no need to give such a long date for taking exparte evidence.

3.The Court below is directed to advance the hearing to 18.11.2024 for taking exparte evidence. This direction is given without prejudice to the rights of the defendant.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
