ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.The writ petitioners are presently working as Assistant Development Officer in the third respondent bank. They seek promotion to the post of Assistant Managers/Managers respectively. They have given a representation in this regard on 22.09.2022. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final order on the petitioners' representation dated 22.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
