Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1,3, and 4 to remove the encroachments made in surveyno.337 in Puthusukkampatti village, Melur Taluk and Madurai District, and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachments and remove the passage in Sirumanam @ Sirukulam Tank situated in Survey No.339 in Puthusukkampatti village, Melur Taluk and Madurai District, both the encroachments having been made by the respondents 5 to 7 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

Cont.P.(MD)No.1800 of 2019 explanations/objections given by the parties and pass orders in accordance with law.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had considered the case of the parties and passed an order dated 02.12.2019, thereby complying with the orders of this Court. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a copy of the order dated 02.12.2019 passed by the respondent - Tahsildar.
