ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 20.04.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7277 of 2022 by this Court, thereby, directed the respondent to complete the investigation 1/4

in Crime No.23 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the F.I.R in Crime No.23 of 2020 itself was challenged by the accused in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8346 of 2020 before this Court and this Court, by order dated 05.12.2023, quashed the F.I.R. in Crime No.23 of 2020.

3. Therefore, no contempt made against the respondent. Hence, this contempt petition is dismissed.
