PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the sale certificate dated 20.04.2022, issued by the second respondent and to quash the same as illegal.

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenge in this writ petition is to the sale certificate, dated 20.04.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank.
2. Record of proceedings shows that no interim order has been granted by this Court at the time of admission.
3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank, on instructions, submitted that writ petition is not maintainable as against the sale certificate.
4. We are in agreement with the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Bank. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for redressal of her grievance, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
