ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b),(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.534 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of 2.100kgs of Ganja. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations that the contraband has been recovered from A1 and A2 and it is alleged that this petitioner ran away from the scene and the investigation is in the nascent stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
