The daughter of the petitioner, a minor girl, went missing, on 03.11.2022. Pursuant to the complaint, dated 06.11.2022, case registered but not taken up for investigation. Hence, Habeas Corpus Petition is filed alleging that the third and fourth respondents have kidnapped the petitioner's minor daughter.
2.Pending disposal of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the minor girl was secured and produced before this Court today. When we enquired the minor girl, she stated that due to poverty, she on her own without informing the parents gone to Thirupur and she is working there. She is ready and willing to go along with her parents. The petitioner also appeared before this Court and stated that she is ready and willing to take her minor daughter back.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
