This criminal original petition had been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.210 of 2017. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Respondent Police may be directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 210 of 2017 and file final report before the Court concerned. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the FIR in Crime No.210 of 2017, had been closed as 'mistake of fact' and final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam. However, RCS notice was not served to the Petitioner herein. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side), the Respondent Police is directed to serve the negative final report to the Petitioner herein and the Petitioner is also directed to approach the Court concerned, by filing protest petition. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, is also directed to considered the protest petition, if any filed by the defacto complainant in Crime No.210 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kumbakonam Police Station, Thanjavur.
