ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court satisfied to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below in the interest of justice.

3.Accordingly, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur, Madurai District in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2023 till 08.12.2023.
