O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.532/2019 dated 30.10.2019 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent to the 2nd Respondent or to any other competent agency under the and proceed the investigation in accordance with law

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband is working abroad and she was frequently harassed by one Rajan and thereby she fixed CCTV Camera around her house and the said Rajan along with other accused have damaged the CCTC camera, on respect of which a complaint has been given to the third respondent police. He would also submit that the third respondent is not conducting the investigation in a proper manner and thereby would seek for transfer of investigation.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No. 532 of 2019 has been registered for offences under Sections 109, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No.18201 of 2019 294(b), 427 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and third respondent had examined six witnesses and the investigation is going in a proper manner.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.
