No. 3269 of 2019, dated 20.11.2019 and permit the petitioner/accused to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur or before the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petition has been filed directly before this Court without approaching the concerned Court seeking modification.

4. Under such circumstances, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court which granted bail. If there is no positive order that the petitioner can approach this Court.
