ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to give suitable police protection to the life of the petitioner to live in his own house.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in respect of a complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and that the petitioner as well as the respondents-2 to 6 were called for enquiry. She would further submit that during the enquiry, it was revealed that there was a dispute between the petitioner as well as the respondents-2 to 6 who are the children of the petitioner and it was also submitted by the parties that they will approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate relief. The statement is recorded.
