2.The petitioners are accused 1, 2 and 4 in crime No.151 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 304(ii) and 288 of IPC.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur through online on 12.12.2022. But the same has not taken on file so far.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the above said trial Court, to process the final report as per the prescribed Rules without any further delay. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.03.2023 2/4
