ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent.
2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent for taking action against the second respondent under the relevant provisions of Chit Funds Act, 1982.
3.The first respondent is directed to hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the defences of the second respondent are left open.
