2. The petitioner seeks removal of encroachment in survey No.516/1A, V.Pudukottai Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2/4

3. We direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate action as per law for removal of encroachment. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents shall put all the encroachers on notice and adhere to due process of law before taking action. This writ petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs.
