PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to remove the encroachment in Survey No. 1118/8, its total extent 23 feet, in which made encroachment 10 feet in 'public pathway' in front of the fifth respondent house in Survey No.1118/9 situated at Ganthi Nagar, Koodankulam Village, Rathapuram Panchayat, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 09.10.2024 and 19.10.2024.
