ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.45 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already laid the final report before the jurisdictional Court through E-filing (1514/2022).

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
