following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16281 of 2023, dated 08.09.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the First working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
