PRAYER : Review Application is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 114 r/w Order XLVII Rule 1 of CPC, to review the order passed in W.P(MD).No.20394 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

This Review Application has been filed to review the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.20394 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant submits that survey number has been wrongly mentioned by him as Survey No.105/1A instead of Survey No.105/2A in the affidavit filed in support of the said writ petition and therefore, the present Review Application has been filed.

3. Since the review applicant is seeking correction in the survey number in the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.20394 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023, he has to file an amendment petition for carrying out such corrections. Hence, this Review Application is disposed of, with a liberty to the review applicant to file an amendment petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
