ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.196 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same in sofar as the petitioner concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation is almost completed and that they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
