The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Janakiraman S/o. R. Parimala, aged about 24 years , son of the petitioner before this Court.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on a complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No. 75 of 2019 has been registered by the second respondent police on 09.12.2019 under the caption on 'man missing'. He would further submit that during the course of enquiry it transpired that son of the petitioner has eloped with one married women.
