This criminal original petition had been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent police to file a final report in Crime No. 288 of 2022, dated 06.09.2022, on the file of the Respondent police. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent police may be directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 288 of 2022 and file final report before the Court concerned. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report had been laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and the same was numbered as CNR TNSV020110342022, dated 07.10.2022.
