This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4810 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

Considering the grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has already been settled and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition to report twice of every month, which is imposed in Crl.M.P. No.4810 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, is hereby modified as "as and when required for interrogation".
