Respondent/Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for all the records pertaining to the order of the Learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in its order dated 29-07-2022 in I.A. No. 4/2022 in O.S. No. 49 of 2017 on file of the Learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and setaside the same in so far as rejecting documents 1,3,4 and 5 and allow the revision petition.
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the 1/3
caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.12-07-2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.429/2025 dated 19.06.2025 seeking further Three months time and this Court made the following order:- By order dated 12.07.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.49 of 2017 within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.429, dated 19.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 12.07.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 12.07.2024.
