ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry at the instance of the complaint of fourth respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner is a tenant under the fourth respondent, that the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner has refused to vacate the premises and on that basis, enquiry was initiated and the same is pending, that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner called emergency number, ie., 100 and made some allegations and on that basis the Police personnels went to the apartment and advised the parties. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's household articles are available inthe house, but the private respondents herein are not permitting the petitioner to take the same.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the third respondent will take necessary steps to get the articles from the fourth respondent and hand over the same to the petitioner. 5.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to take inventory and hand over the articles available in the apartment owned by the fourth respondent to the petitioner.

6.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
